Holographic
Experiences
Illusion with intention.
Holographic and illusionary projection techniques open up possibilities that feel genuinely magical - and we believe the magic lands when it's grounded in meaning.
We work with water screen projection, volumetric projection, holographic gauze and transparent LED displays to create imagery that seems to exist within the air itself - three‑dimensional, weightless, and alive. The technology may vary, but the aim is always the same: to turn light into narrative.
-

Water Screen Projection
Projected onto a fine mist or curtain of water, these images hover and shimmer — translucent, dreamlike, always in motion.
Water screen projection brings outdoor spaces and large‑scale events to life, creating pictures that feel at once monumental and ephemeral. Because the surface itself moves, the image appears to breathe with the elements. -

Holographic Gauze Projection
A fine mesh screen, almost invisible when unlit, becomes a plane for light the instant projection begins. Figures can appear to materialise from nothing, share space with live performers, or drift between worlds.
We use holographic gauze in theatrical and immersive installations where the story calls for presence without substance — a ghost, a memory, or an idea brought briefly to life.
-

Volumetric Projection
Volumetric projection creates images that live within space rather than on it. By shaping light through haze, diffusion screens or sculptural layers, we produce visuals that appear suspended — shape, textures, or pure light forms moving in three dimensions.
A living volume of light and motion.
Where light becomes language and story shapes space - we craft moments that live on long after the last image fades.
Led by Artists
Our ApproachEvery illusion begins with intention. At Bright Side Studios, you work directly with Susanna and Cristina, the two artists behind every piece.
Together we shape the narrative concept and bespoke content before collaborating with trusted AV specialists for technical delivery, ensuring that the technology always serves the story rather than leading it.
